১.      গ্রাহক কে অবশ্যই তার অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।

২.      আপনার অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর তিন থেকে দশ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।

৩.      কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস হতে পণ্যটি সঠিকভাবে বুঝে নেবেন।

৪.      আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যটি যদি কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস দ্বারা ক্ষতি হয়ে থাকে তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।

৫.      আপনি ১০০% নিশ্চিত থাকবেন আমাদের কোম্পানি কখনোই কোন নষ্ট পণ্য আপনাকে প্রদান করবে না।

৬.      উক্ত কোম্পানি অবশ্যই ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে পণ্য প্রদান করবে।

৭.      পণ্য ডেলিভারি ফি এর ব্যাপারে যে নীতিমালা দেয়া থাকবে তা অবশ্যই আপনাকে অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

৮.      যদি কোন পণ্য অগ্রিম টাকা প্রদানের ব্যাপারে বলা হয়, তা অবশ্যই আমাদের কোম্পানির নিজস্ব ওয়েবসাইটের নোটিশ বোর্ডে দেখানো হবে।
